Transform, Elevate, Achieve (T.E.A.) Mentoring program helps girls foster and embrace their identities and self-esteem, helps harness and maintain authentic relationships as a person of influence with peers and within their community, and achieves academic success.

Our mission is to leverage the strength and ignite the power in every girl while providing the skills and tools to become women of influence in every area of their lives.
